About

Experience you can see in every detail

Since 1999, Sir Builders has been creating and transforming homes across Auckland. Owner-operated and based on the North Shore, we bring more than 25 years of building experience, craftsmanship and practical knowledge to every project.

We specialise in new homes and renovations where quality matters, from the structure itself through to the smallest finishing detail.

Our approach is hands-on and personal. We believe good building comes from experience, careful planning, clear communication and a genuine pride in the finished result.

More than builders

Over the years, our work has taken us far beyond conventional building. We’ve developed extensive practical experience across landscaping, residential lifts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas and a wide range of bespoke and technically challenging features.

It means we’re comfortable taking on projects that require more thought, more coordination and sometimes a completely original solution.

We understand how structure, materials, services and finishes need to work together, allowing us to look at the home as a whole rather than simply the individual parts.

Built by people who care about their craft

Great workmanship depends on great people. We work alongside trusted tradespeople, contractors and specialists who are highly skilled, experienced and share our commitment to quality.

We take pride in doing things properly, including the things you’ll never see once the project is finished.

For us, craftsmanship isn’t an extra. It’s simply how we build.

Sir Builders — experience, craftsmanship and commitment to quality, built into every home.
