Sir Builders aim is not only to provide quality workmanship but to have a project run smoothly.

“We have worked with SIR Builders on a number of architecturally and structurally complex jobs, and have found them to be professional and proactive. With years of experience in the building industry they take a practical approach to problem solving and have developed a wide knowledge base. SIR Builders communicate very well with consultants and subcontractors and are always looking for cost and material efficiencies for the benefit of their clients.”

“Dionisios is that rare combination of old-school master craftsman and contemporary builder, with an exceptional depth of skill, knowledge and experience.

He and his team are incredibly hardworking and highly skilled, and they take genuine pride in everything they do. Just as importantly, they’re straight-up, good people and were an absolute pleasure to have on site.

There’s a real joy in watching someone practise their craft at a level that elevates it to an art form — and that’s what Dionisios and his team do. I’ve visited other Sir Builders projects and the quality and level of finishing is consistently exceptional.

Dionisios is also an outstanding problem solver and innovator. He has a remarkable ability to find solutions that make complex problems appear elegant and simple. And when the right solution doesn’t exist, he’ll design it and have it made. In that sense, he’s equal parts designer and builder.

His attention to detail extends to seamlessly integrating the practical requirements of modern living into the overall design, so they feel considered and intentional rather than simply added on.

If the opportunity arose to work with Sir Builders again, I would happily do so.”

“I first worked with Dionisios on an exceptionally complex architectural home featuring extensive curves and highly detailed, entirely bespoke elements. His skill, technical knowledge and ability to think beyond conventional building methods were evident throughout the project.

He brings out the very best in his subcontractors and holds every member of the team accountable to an exceptionally high standard. I thoroughly enjoy working with him - he challenges conventional thinking, embraces difficult details and is committed to delivering an outstanding result”.

“We are very happy to recommend Sir Builders, who completed an extensive renovation of our home.

From the beginning, they were professional, reliable and easy to communicate with. The renovation was a significant project for us, with many different aspects to coordinate, but everything was managed extremely well.

The work was completed on time, within budget, and to a very high standard of workmanship.

We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail, the quality of the finish and the care taken throughout the build.

We are very happy with the finished result and, really enjoyed having Dionisios and the team working on our home. We would genuinely recommend them to friends and family and would happily use them again for any future building work”.
